Connecting Maprosoft to Confluence
Connect Maprosoft to Confluence Cloud so that your team can easily embed Maprosoft maps into your Confluence pages and blog posts. Here's how to get started:
Start by logging into Confluence (you will need administrator privileges) and selecting the Find new add-ons option in
the administration area.
- Select the Maprosoft Maps add-on and install it.
Once installed, you should be presented with a Getting started button. Click it.
- The Maprosoft getting started page provides a text box for you to enter a token. You need to log into Maprosoft to get this token.
Log in to the Maprosoft administration area and open the Confluence control panel.
- Copy the Confluence token value from the text field in the control panel.
- Go back to the Maprosoft getting started page in Confluence and enter the token.
Test it out by editing a Confluence page or blog post and selecting the Maprosoft map option from the insert menu.
Set the size of the map and choose a shared Maprosoft map.
Use the Maprosoft administration control panels to define and share maps.
Save the page or blog post and bask in the glory of your nice map within Confluence.
