Issue Reporting

Maprosoft provides the ability for users to report issues such as:

  • Property Damage
  • Dumped Rubbish
  • Graffiti
  • Bill Posters

When reporting issues, the marker can be dragged to the location of the issue. All map operations such as panning, zooming and background changing are available during this process so the issue location can be precisely set.

Maprosoft works nicely with existing issue management systems.

  • Issue reporting: The details of issues are save directly in the issue management system's database.
  • Issue retrieval: Issues can be retrieved from the issue management system's database on a periodic basis.

Issue reporting and retrieval can be enabled and disabled separately. For example, allow users to report graffiti issues, but not see graffiti issues currently in the issue management system.
